We source our seed from the highest quality hatcheries along the New England coast then grow them in our protected bay using floating technology. 

The action of the wind and tide induces a deep cupped oyster shell. The proximity of our bags to the warmer surface water gives access to the ideal nutrients. 
The full strength salinity of our saltwater bay provides a top shelf finish and a unique merroir.
